Return Policy

Please inspect all items you wish to purchase thoroughly before purchasing in-store.  For all on-line purchases, please inspect immediately BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE TAG when your shipment arrives.  

EXCHANGE/GIFT CARD CREDIT: If your item is returned within 30 days of ship out date, you can return your clothing for a store gift card or exchange. Clothing will be inspected to ensure the clothing is unused (no smoke, body odor, or perfume), unlaundered, and with tags still attached (no exceptions).  Please be considerate in understanding that we will not accept the item if you've worn it or washed it...the item has to be in the same quality in which it was purchased and ready to put back on our shelves for other customers to purchase.  If the clothing was purchased more than 30 days or the shipment arrives at our store more than 30 days; unfortunately, we can not accept the return. 

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR GIFT CARDS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, HOLIDAY ATTIRE (within three weeks of holiday), OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please inspect all items thoroughly before purchase and immediately at shipment arrival time. 

-If your item is damaged during wash, your return will not be accepted as this indicates that the washing instructions were not properly followed. 

-If your item is snagged or ripped by an accident on your end, your return will not be accepted as this is no fault of Sissy Boutique. 

-If your item's seam comes loose PRIOR TO WASHING, your return will be accepted as this is a defect.

ON-LINE RETURNS (if applicable):

  • Merchandise may only be returned for a gift card code. Your return of merchandise must ship OUT no later than 30 days after order is originally shipped from our warehouse.
  • Returned items must be unlaundered and unworn.
  • All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). For proof of delivery and for your records, please note the tracking number of your return package, if applicable.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A gift card code (for the purchase item amount less original shipment for the item IF all items shipped are being returned) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER: 

  1. Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
  1. Please return your package to: 123 12th Street, First Floor, Columbus, GA 31901
  1. Once your package is received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
  1. An approval/decline email will be sent to you. If your return meets all criteria above, a Gift Card code will be emailed to you.  
  1. If your return is declined, an email explaining the reason will be sent to you.

LATE OR MISSING RETURN (if applicable): If you haven’t received a Gift Card Code after 10 days, first check your return tracking number to ensure the return package has been delivered to Sissy Boutique, then check your email again (including junk mail).
